Privacy and contact
Who I am
This site is built and maintained by capsy, as a private individual. Caixote is not available yet: there are no accounts, sign-ups or downloads.
What data I collect
- None actively. The site has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
- No third-party requests. Fonts, images and scripts all come from this site.
- In your browser: the site stores your theme choice locally (localStorage), and the demos keep any sample data you type in that same browser. None of it is sent to me. You can delete it in your browser settings.
- Server logs: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may keep normal technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security and operation. I do not use them to identify you.
If you write to me
If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply, and keep them as long as needed for that. Legal basis: your request (legitimate interest in replying). I do not share them with third parties; the mail passes through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards it to my mailbox.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing and, if something is wrong, complain to your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD, cnpd.pt).
The apps
The Caixote apps are self-hosted: the data stays on the server of whoever installs them and does not pass through me. When the apps are released they will have their own privacy information.
